We recently had a group trip planned for whitewater tubing at Harper’s Ferry Adventure Center. Initially, our tickets were booked for a whitewater tubing adventure, but due to some unexpected changes, we were rebooked for flatwater tubing instead. Unfortunately, the weather had other plans, and all activities had to be cancelled.Despite these challenges, the staff at Harper’s Ferry Adventure Center couldn’t have been more helpful. They were incredibly responsive throughout multiple communications, assisting us in rebooking our trip under several different confirmation numbers for another weekend. Their professionalism and courtesy were evident at every step.When we finally got to experience the whitewater tubing, it was an absolute blast! Everyone in our group had a fantastic time. The entire process, from the initial booking to the adventure itself, was handled with care and attention by the staff. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’re already looking forward to our next trip!
