There are great activities during each season of the year at Harpers Ferry Adventure Center!
Get out of the house and take a climb in our Aerial Adventure Park! Although it’s cold out, you will warm up quickly as you challenge yourself through our tree-top ropes course! It is the perfect cure for cabin fever, and you’ll find winter discounts when you book online.
Swing into Spring with a high flying adventure! This is a great time to take a Zip Line Canopy Tour, especially during Spring Break! Also popular this time of year is our Aerial Adventure Park.
This is the best time for a Whitewater Rafting Adventure! The river is flowing and the sun is shining, so plan your family outing or friends day out to enjoy the beautiful Shenandoah and Potomac Rivers from the best seat in the house! You can even make it a weekend and stay at one of our Campsites or Cabins! We have many events starting in May, so be sure to check them out as well.
Summer heat brings on the River Tubing, our most popular activity! Our tubing activities include a full day pass, and we have shuttles leaving every hour for both our whitewater and flatwater tubing runs. Get a group together and come see us this Summer. Want a little more of a challenge? Check out our Whitewater Kayaks (“Duckies”) too!
After labor day we’re open by reservation for most of our activities this time of year, weather permitting.
Whether you like weekend warrior-ing in the spring or fall, or multi-day raft/camp/zip expeditions in the summer, it’s always a great time to visit Harpers Ferry Adventure Center!
