There are inherent risks associated with any outdoor/river activity. Harpers Ferry Adventure Center and its affiliates assume no liability for personal injury or loss of personal property. Any person participating in an activity with Harpers Ferry Adventure Center must complete a Liability Waiver.****ALL PARTICIPANTS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST HAVE A LIABILITY WAIVER COMPLETED BY PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN.****
Please be advised, the consumption of drugs and/or alcoholic beverages are prohibited prior to and during your trip. If you have a medical condition you are concerned about, you should consult your physician before your trip.
