White Water Tubing

White Water Tubing is our most popular river activity and for good reason!

Want some excitement on your tubing trip? Brave the Needles Class I-II (beginner) rapids on the Potomac River (the ‘Mac) as you master how to stay upright on your tube!

The White Water Tubing trip passes by the Harpers Ferry National Historical Park. You will also travel through the confluence of 2 rivers (the 'Doah and ‘Mac) and three states (Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia).

Experience the thrill of whitewater without the paddle!

Park & Play Tubing

We offer tubing at our privately owned riverside location. Customers check in at our Mountain Top location then take a casual stroll down to the river.  Where you can play all day in a tube.  You can splash around in your tube and float and play in the beautiful waters of the Potomac River.  You can tube all day if you'd like and when all your play time on the water gets your stomach growling for something tasty, you can hope aboard one of our ATV's for a ride in style and comfort on an ATV back up to the top of the mountain for just a small fee of $10 for an all day  UP shuttle pass. ATVs provide transportation for guests and gear.  This is the latest in river conveniences, exclusive to Harpers Ferry Adventure Center.

Once your belly is satisfied you can get back on the water and spend the rest of the day soaking up the sun. When you are ready to leave you can catch the ATV shuttle back to the top, but if you prefer to enjoy a walk after your trip, that of course, is fine with us and you can enjoy the gorgeous views and scenic atmosphere.
